Emma is the Director of Planning at Old Oak and Park Royal Mayoral Development Corporation (OPDC). Emma is an integral part of the team rejuvenating the 650 hectare site in West London, part of which will be the brand new HS2 and Crossrail station and delivering 25,500 homes and 65,000 new jobs. OPDC will shortly be submitting revisions to its Local Plan for sites mostly surrounding the station development. Emma has more than 25 years industry experience and has a strong track record for securing planning for major strategic regeneration schemes, including Argent’s £500m Tottenham Hale development and Spurs’ Stadium redevelopment whilst at Haringey Council. In her time at the GLA Emma worked on a number of London’s biggest regeneration schemes including Chelsea Barracks, Wood Wharf and London’s Royal Docks, as well as working with a number of London Boroughs on the development of their core strategies.
