Javaid has worked in Infrastructure Planning S106 and CIL since 2014, working at Lambeth, Brent and now Enfield Councils. 

He has spent a lot of time working with others to make improvements to systems, processes and procedures to administer, monitor and deliver from start to finish in the world of CIL and S106.

Javaid have presented to others internally and externally the benefits of using co-ordinated systems such as Exacom.

Javaid has helped Brent bring in the highest CIL collected after Mayoral CIL from 2017-2019.

Javaid is also a former Councillor, and a part qualified Accountant which always helps looking at the strategic aspects, stakeholder communication, risk management, project delivery and improving financial performance.

He is passionate about growth and change in our areas and how the resources available can help us visualise these ambitions.
