Debbie has been employed at Three Rivers District Council since 1997 where she started as a Local Land Charges Officer. Other duties included the Local Land and Property Gazetteer, street naming and numbering, addition/replacement of street name plates, Census, administrator assisting the Trees and Landscape Officer. In 2015 she became the Community Infrastructure Levy Officer and has moulded and developed the role during that time. Although Three Rivers is a relatively small district, being just under 22,000 acres in size she is kept extremely busy with the many developments taking place. As part of the Local Plan an infrastructure delivery plan will be prepared. This will be a key piece of work in identifying which project will be funded by CIL of which Debbie will have responsibility of all administration regarding CIL.
