Carole has worked in local government for 15 years at Chorley Council. She is currently the Planning Obligations Officer and has 6 years’ experience in planning obligation related work.

Carole is responsible for all matters relating to the administration and enforcement of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) in Chorley. In addition, she is also responsible for the monitoring, reporting, and tracking of S106 obligations, as well as general Planning Enforcement.

Carole was the lead Officer for the introduction of the Exacom system to Chorley Council, and for ensuring all teams are trained for their relevant areas regarding monitoring affordable housing / spend / and projects.
