Marissa Nash BSc MSc MRTPI has worked in various planning roles in Surrey. Within her current role, as a Principal Planner in the Planning Policy Team at Waverley Borough Council, she has led many aspects of Local Plan production (including infrastructure, viability, site allocations and Green Belt changes).  Marissa also has leads on CIL, and has done since the implementation of the Council’s Charging Schedule in 2019; with the rates at adoption being the highest approved outside of London. Since implementation, Marissa has led the growing CIL Team, on all aspects of the CIL including: administration, collection, enforcement, governance and expenditure. As part of this role, Marissa has championed the use of the Exacom Public Facing Module (PFM), and the Council’s has been recognised as a frontrunner in the use of this tool.
