Grace graduated from the University of Sheffield with an Accounting and Financial Management degree, and is an experienced project manager who has worked across the private, VSE and public sectors with a particular interest in social housing delivery. She has worked on a range of infrastructure projects including the establishment of a Community Hub within a deprived estate in Hexham and the multi award winning Goldsmith Street Passivhaus scheme in Norwich. Since joining the Greater Norwich team in 2018, she has established a framework for the allocation of CIL across a unique voluntary partnership area. She now leads the team supporting the Greater Norwich Growth Board who are seen as an exemplar model of partnership working, accelerating the delivery of infrastructure across three planning authority areas
