Tom has helped clients secure consent for many of the major regeneration projects in the UK. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the policy priorities of key decision makers, technical issues in social and economic assessment, and public sector funding and delivery arrangements. He has a focus on detail and an ability to help clients identify and address the critical issues facing a site or a place and to demonstrate the benefits of their proposals.

Tom splits his spare time between long distance running and being injured. Much to his surprise he and his family have ended up living in south London and liking it.
