Seren is a Principal Environment Specialist with fifteen years experience of delivering major transport, rail and infrastructure schemes for Transport for London. She joined TfL in 2010 as a Town Planner and quickly found her calling as an Environmental Impact Assessment co-ordinator.  She highly experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams and providing strategic and technical environmental advice across the business. She is a founding member of TfL's Biodiversity Net Gain Steering group and has been instrumental at developing TfL's approach to managing and delivering its Biodiversity Net Gain requirements. She is also a champion of environmental best practice with a strong focus on influencing behaviours and delivers training on emerging environmental issues. Key projects she has worked on include, including the Silvertown Tunnel, London Overground Extension to Barking Riverside, Docklands Light Railway Extension to Thamesmead, London Cable Car, the Garden Bridge and TfL’s Aviation workstream.
