Kelly is an Associate at LDA Design within the EIA team. With over 20 years’ experience, her expertise lies in leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex EIA projects. Kelly has experience across a variety of consenting regimes including Developments Consent Orders (DCO), Harbour Revision Orders (HRO), Development of National Significance (DNS) and Town and Country Planning (TCPA). She specialises in water infrastructure and renewable energy projects and is passionate about delivering EIA and planning services that are robust, proportionate and purpose-driven.
