James Dzimba is the Chief Control, Command and Signalling Engineer for Network Rail. James provides engineering expertise and leadership to continually improve signalling asset safety, performance and costs - managing the rail network’s signalling capabilities to deliver a world class railway for passenger and freight customers.

James is also the Senior Responsible Owner for Target 190plus, a Network Rail research and development programme looking to provide the capabilities to efficiently and cost effectively develop and deploy future signalling technologies and systems to create a sustainable railway.
