Julian Gill has over 25 years of professional experience in major infrastructure, with a background in safety critical systems. He is currently responsible for the Rail Signalling and Smart Mobility vertical at QuEST Global. Prior to this, he held senior and executive responsibilities with both Thales and GE extending across the UK, SEA and ANZ. 

Julian has been involved in ERTMS / CBTC / PTC in both the UK, and Australia. His relevant experience includes passenger, freight, and light rail across various contracting models including PPP and Alliances in addition to models that are more traditional. Julian is an international business leader who has led teams in transport, public sector, and Defence typically drawing on international partners in complex environments. His current focus is to develop a world-class capability to support major OEMs and Owners/Operators with a full spectrum of cost optimised engineering services. These services have been provided to support major project delivery across all but 1 continent.
