Joe heads up the Net Zero, Strategic Investment and Innovation portfolio for the RIIO Price Controls and is currently leading the ‘Strategic Planning’ workstream as Ofgem considers its future approach to network price control regulation for all sectors. He’s been at Ofgem for nine years, seven of which have been spent on the RIIO (ED and ET) price controls.
