Liz is an Assistant Director in the Real Assets Advisory Team at Deloitte and a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

She has particular experience in infrastructure planning in both the terrestrial and marine environments for linear energy projects, including interconnectors; both Point to Point (P2P), and more recently Multi-Purpose Interconnectors (MPIs), as well a pipeline networks in support of carbon capture and storage (CCUS) as well as hydrogen transmission, where the co-location and co-existence rhetoric is increasing.

Liz was part of Planning and Environment Expert Advice Group for the Offshore Transmission Network Review (OTNR) chaired by BEIS.
