Will has 16 years’ experience in infrastructure and environmental planning. This has included 5 years at the Planning Inspectorate supporting Inspectors and applicants on EIA and HRA issues for a significant number of DCO applications, together with more than 3 years at Highways England where he was the technical assurance lead for 5 DCO projects in the South West and helped to deliver improvements to the business in the preparation and management of DCO applications.

Will is now at Barton Willmore working on a range of infrastructure and energy projects, including as the planning and DCO lead for the proposed North Falls Offshore Wind Farm.
