Richard is a Director at Arup and an Arup Fellow with over 30 years’ experience in major infrastructure projects world-wide.

He has held lead roles for the planning and/or delivery of multiple hybrid Bills, many TWA Orders and many DCOs including A14 Cambridge to Huntingdon, Thames Tideway and Heathrow Expansion.

Richard is an experienced expert witness acting for promotors and objectors.  He also has extensive consultation and engagement experience.
