Julian Boswall is a partner at Burges Salmon. He has been consenting major infrastructure projects for over 20 years. He has consented numerous NSIPs in offshore wind, gas, pumped storage and highways and is currently advising on a range of water, energy and transport projects. He is a Board member of NIPA and chairs the RenewableUK Offshore Consents and Licensing Group.
