Michael is a Chartered Environmentalist with over 21 years’ experience as a Consents Manager, EIA Lead and/or Project Manager on a diverse range of environmental-planning and engineering projects, including NSIP DCOs, in the energy (transmission and generation), transport (rail and highways), buildings, industrial, water utility sector and flood risk management.

Michael is currently the DCO Lead, at Sweco UK, for a major National Highways scheme, having recently led it through pre-application/submission and Examination stages.
