Steve has 28 years’ experience of infrastructure development and management projects. This includes work for the Department for Transport, National Highways, Transport Scotland, Transport for London, European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, The World Bank and various UK local authorities. For the past ten years Steve has held technical partner Project Manager roles for National Highways’ DCO projects, including the M4 J3-J12 smart motorway which is now fully operational and, most recently, the A303 Stonehenge. Steve joined Mace as an Operations Director in January this year and continues to deliver NSIPs in the Transportation sector.
