Andy has been ‘Head of Systems – Rolling Stock’ at East West Railway Company since April 2022 and is responsible for supporting the Target State approach of EWR with regards to future Rolling Stock. A key part of this is developing the requirements that align with the Outcomes and Customer needs. Andy has worked in the rail sector for over 17 years covering many aspects of operations, maintenance and leasing following a successful career in the Royal Air Force as an Aircraft Technician. Andy is passionate about delivering an integrated, accessible railway that meets the growing needs of a diverse customer base and as part of the Target State and Integration team, Andy and his team are striving to build a solid foundation now to allow the future railway to flourish.
