Oliver Schepisi is the Head of Operations for NTS Rail (DRS). He has over 20 years’ experience in rail freight, working across Europe in various executive roles. In recent years he worked as a consultant and General Manager for SCS (main works contractor for HS2), applying his knowledge in logistics to lead the design, build, and operation of the logistics terminal for HS2 Area South.

Oliver has an executive career portfolio that spans rail freight, starting out as a graduate Operations Manager, he quickly developed to become a senior leader in planning, operations, and commercial functions. He has led multiple change programs, designed and built operational business models, and driven strategic growth within the organisations he has operated in.
