Her profound knowledge of UK infrastructure planning laws and her specialism in delivering land services for major projects have been instrumental in the successful submission of 20 Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and 7 Compulsory Purchase Order (CPOs).

Vicky's cross-sector expertise spans transportation, renewables and energy contributing to landmark projects like London Luton, Manston Airport and London Heathrow, as well as Tideway, HS2 and Crossrail. Supporting projects to identify land for emerging requirements for surface transport, mitigation and biodiversity net gain, she supports successful planning consents to ensure compliance, stakeholder engagement and deliverability of projects.
