Josh is a Senior Policy Adviser at the CBI, leading the CBI’s policy work on planning and infrastructure. As part of this, Josh has led the CBI’s response to the NPPF and Planning and Infrastructure Bill, as well as chairing the CBI’s Infrastructure and Planning Working Groups. Prior to the CBI, Josh worked as a policy researcher for Members of Parliament.
