Tony has over 25 years’ experience in the transport industry and has undertaken a number of roles for transport infrastructure providers, including Transport for London, Tube lines and the Department for Transport. Tony moved to Heathrow in 2011 as Head of Surface Access Projects. After a variety of roles across the airport, Tony was appointed Surface Access Director in 2018 and is responsible for long-term strategy development and commercial performance, including Heathrow Express, airport parking and delivery of the airport’s public transport mode share targets. Tony is a fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and a fellow of the Association for Project Management
