James is Bristol Airport’s Public Affairs Lead and has 15 years’ experience of working in infrastructure policy.

Bristol Airport has taken a leading position on sustainability, with a target of net zero operations by 2030, and is one of the founding members of Hydrogen South West, a cross-sector consortium that aims to develop a regional hydrogen economy. The Airport has formed partnerships with Airbus, easyJet, and EDF’s Hynamics to investigate issues around supply chains, regulation, and infrastructure to overcome known barriers to hydrogen-powered flight.
