Rosie Carver has been in the Aviation Decarbonisation team since March 2022. Her portfolio covers SAF, systems efficiencies and the zero emissions airports target. She leads on the policy development of the zero-emissions airports target, including the publication of the recent call for evidence, and the upcoming summary of responses and government response.

Before Rosie’s role in the Decarbonisation team, she held various roles in the Department for Health and Social Care and the UK Health Security Agency.

Rosie has a BSc Geography degree from the University of Bristol.
