James is an associate air quality consultant with over 14 years’ experience with air quality assessment, he is a Chartered Environmentalist, Chartered Scientist, Full Member of the Institution of Air Quality Management and Member of the Institution of Environmental Science. He has experience leading air quality assessments for a large number of planning applications, nationally significant infrastructure projects, for DCOs and has acted as expert witness for air quality. James manages air quality and odour assessments for a range of clients and across a wide range of spatial scales, from small developments to the city scale.  James works with clients and stakeholders to identify solutions which will provide suitable mitigation to local air quality issues.
