Cathryn is the Clean Air Zone Manager for Bath & North East Somerset Council, having formally taken up this role in November 2020. She has been a key member of the Project Team since 2017 when the Council was first directed by the Government.

Having launched the first Clean Air Zone outside of London on 15 March 2021, Cathryn’s role involves leading behaviour change, enforcement and air quality management teams to bring about a successful reduction in pollution in Bath.

Prior to taking up the role, Cathryn has worked at Bath & North East Somerset Council as an Environmental Health Manager and has over 25 years’ experience as an Environmental Health Practitioner.
