Sarah Oram is the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Officer at Mole Valley District Council. She is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the CIL administration, monitoring and spending. She has extensive experience in designing and implementing CIL processes from collection to spending. 

Recently Sarah has implemented a successful online application process for the Neighbourhood CIL grants and formed elected Member CIL Working Groups for the North and South of Mole Valley, writing quarterly Officer recommendations for the Working Groups and Cabinet to decide on the allocation of CIL grants. She is the first point of contact for Surrey County Council, parish councils, Residents’ Associations and community groups wishing to bid for CIL money.
