Georgie is the Land Project Manager for the renewable energy company Vattenfall, supporting the onshore development team with their site finding and land acquisition across Scotland, England and Wales. Prior to that she was a Senior Associate at Gatley Hamer in their infrastructure team, advising public and private developers on the land assembly for a range of transport and energy related DCOs.

Georgie has spent over 13 years assembling land for major infrastructure projects starting at EDF on their Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C Nuclear New Build Projects, and then at High Speed 2. Her varied career has given her insight to the importance of engaging effectively with landowners throughout the process not just in an attempt to avoid using Compulsory Purchase powers, but also as an important part of the Projects winder community engagement strategy.
