Henry Church is a Chartered Surveyor and Senior Director in the Compulsory Purchase Team at CBRE.  He has over 25 years’ experience in compulsory purchase having provided advice to both affected parties and claimants in every scenario where compulsory purchase is used and across England, Scotland and Wales.

Henry is an experienced Expert Witness having prepared and presented evidence to numerous CPO Public Inquires and to the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
