Nigel Randall is a Director in the Compulsory Purchase and Land Assembly team at Deloitte.  For over 25 years he has specialised in land assembly, compulsory purchase, and compensation for major projects, having advised acquiring authorities, developers and claimants on procedural aspects of compulsory purchase through to the negotiation of compensation claims in relation to infrastructure projects, town centre redevelopments and urban regeneration.  He is a member of the RICS; the Compulsory Purchase Association; and is a Registered Valuer.  ​
