As Senior Stakeholder & Community Manager at ScottishPower Renewables, Gillian plays a critical role in the developer’s stakeholder engagement across the UK. Heading up the team responsible for engaging with local stakeholders from the development, construction and operational life of SPR’s assets, her and her team are passionate about building strong, long-lasting relationships with those living and working around the sites and ensuring their voices are heard. That includes engaging with 53 organisations across the UK who manage and administer the £64million of community benefit funding SPR has shared with its communities to date. 

Having worked with ScottishPower Renewables for 12 years and previously holding stakeholder roles at Transport Initiatives Edinburgh, working on the Edinburgh Tram project, and at Network Rail, Gillian has a wealth of experience in stakeholder engagement on major projects.
