Rebecca Evans is a Chartered Town Planner specialising in the development of Nationally Significant infrastructure Projects and associated Development Consent Order applications. She has considerable experience within the infrastructure and energy sectors; working both as a client and consultant.  She is currently Head of Consents for Major Projects at Cadent, where she is working within the Investment and Future Energy team to gain consents for a portfolio of hydrogen pipelines. Her introduction to the DCO process, fifteen years ago, was through the organisation and analysis of consultation, with this role widening as her career progressed.
