As Head of Community Engagement at Wessex Water, Kirsty has worked for the last seven years to launch and embed a range of initiatives across the business to support community engagement, drive participation and improve customer relations.  These include community drop-ins, staff volunteering, community funding through the Wessex Water Foundation, a free education service, reservoir visitor improvements and even installing high street water refill points across the south-west.  
 
With a background in private client investment management and communications and grant-making in the charity sector, Kirsty uses her extensive experience to lead initiatives that support collaboration, social impact and community-driven change.  She is committed to partnership and working with local communities as those best placed to create impact and drive change.  Through her role she champions business working more effectively by connecting with their social responsibilities through strong stakeholder engagement and early investments in community relations.
