Poppy is a former counsellor, and has spent the past decade in the UK immersed in large infrastructure projects delivering stakeholder engagement services and designing and running public consultations. She has a passion for collaborative work and creative, strategic problem-solving. Poppy has worked for RWE Renewables for the past 3.5 years, delivering consultations and leading on stakeholder engagement for projects in Wales. Prior to that, she worked in Petition Management through Phases One and 2a of the High Speed Two (HS2) Limited project, assisting the successful and timely deposit of two hybrid Bills through the Houses of Parliament in Westminster. As a qualified counsellor and coach, Poppy ran her own holistic counselling business in Australia and New Zealand and, prior to that, she worked extensively in the performing arts and as a musical educator and dramatic storyteller for children. A long-standing interest in human psychology and seeking to understand and build rapport with others, always lies at the heart of her work.
