Since joining Arup in August 2018, Adrian has been instrumental in building the company’s capabilities in Product Management and agile software development approaches. He has achieved this through delivering client facing and internal investment projects, working closely with colleagues in Digital and across the business. Adrian led the team who built Virtual Engage Digital Service on top of an Arup existing Virtual Consultation tool that was developed back in 2018. Arup Virtual Engage was central to our businesses Covid-19 messaging regarding Digital Services and how to maintain continuation of Public Engagement in changing times. Virtual Engage won the Digital Products category in the Arup Global Digital Transformation awards and has delivered virtual experiences to over 60 global projects in the last 12 months.
