Kathryn Moore is an experienced corporate communications specialist, with many years in the communications, stakeholder management and media fields. She leads communications and engagement on Highways England’s A66 Northern Trans Pennine Project – a £1.1bn project to improve east-west connectivity in the north of England. She is passionate about high quality and early stakeholder engagement and is keen to share how good communications can support project delivery. Kathryn is an advocate of how good stakeholder engagement can help minimise risk for infrastructure projects by creating a compelling narrative, which connects with people both at a local and national level.
