Fraser Macdonald has worked at Transport for London for the last 15 years. During this time he has had a senior project and programme role on a number of key London transport projects. This has included the introduction of the London Low Emission Zone, the ongoing development and delivery of London’s Congestion Charge and the introduction of the Source London electric vehicle charging network. 

For the last four years, Fraser has worked in TfL’s Local Communities Partnership team, initially managing the delivery of borough and community engagement within Central London. Since 2019 Fraser has held the role of Strategic Consultation Lead, and is responsible for managing the delivery of TfL’s wide ranging portfolio of public consultations. 

Prior to working at TfL Fraser has worked in both local and central government in the field of project and change management.
