Debbie Goodland is the Community Engagement Manager for the Greater Cambridge Partnership, an organisation delivering a £500m City Deal over 15 years, creating vital improvements in infrastructure, and supporting and accelerating the creation of 44,000 new jobs, 33,500 new homes and 420 additional apprenticeships. Debbie leads a team providing consultation and engagement for a number of major infrastructure projects to create greener transport networks, connecting people to homes, jobs, study and opportunity in the Greater Cambridge area. The award winning team also helped the GCP deliver the UK’s first citizens’ assembly on transport in 2019.

Debbie previously worked for Cambridgeshire County Council, leading a team that carried out consultation and engagement for major transport projects including Ely bypass and Cambridge North rail station.
