Andy is a Senior Associate of the Consultation Institute, providing advice, guidance, and training to consultors throughout the UK. He currently delivers “coproduction principles and practice in consultation and engagement” training on behalf of the Institute based on his extensive experience as a practitioner, alongside a range of other consultation focused training. 

He began his career in the private sector with specific expertise in business analysis and organisational change. Andy’s career in the public sector includes direct responsibility for large scale public engagement, community consultation and development programmes as well as managing multi-million-pound programmes. An area of specialisation is regeneration and infrastructure projects including recent involvement in advising on community involvement in planning applications for major schemes.
