Laura Fuller is a Senior Associate in Burges Salmon LLP’s Planning and Compulsory Purchase Team. She specialises in the consenting of energy and infrastructure projects and large regeneration schemes including advising on consultation and engagement as well as contentious issues surrounding compulsory acquisition and also town and village green and/or common land. She has acted on numerous offshore wind and transport related nationally significant infrastructure projects at all stages of the process and is currently advising on the Sheringham Shoal and Dudgeon Wind Farm application for a joint Development Consent Order.
