Lucy has worked in a variety of government organisations over the past seventeen years and has specialised in stakeholder engagement and partnership working for the last eight years. In her current role, she is responsible for building and maintaining constructive and productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders from across the south east region. 

She has a proven track record of embedding organisational engagement principles, leading both statutory and non-statutory consultations with a variety of stakeholders on complex subject matters and has recently delivered a digital first consultation on Transport for the South East’s draft Strategic Investment Plan.
