Rachel is a Chartered Public Relations Practitioner, experienced stakeholder engagement and consultation consultant and former journalist. She has a proven track record in devising and delivering stakeholder engagement activity across a number of complex major projects spanning the built environment, from residential schemes to HS2. Most recently Rachel was the Deputy Engagement lead for Birmingham City Council in its role as a host city.
