Charlotte has been working in comms and engagement for most of her working life, starting her career in local government and then later moving into the commercial sector. She is experienced in the delivery of stakeholder engagement in large and often contentious infrastructure projects in the UK and enjoys working out what makes people tick. She is enjoying her work as a Stakeholder Engagement Manager for SSE Plc, supporting the development of new solar and battery energy storage systems as part of the energy revolution. Having seen a massive change in the importance placed on delivering meaningful community and stakeholder engagement, Charlotte is excited to see what the future holds for the sector.
