Robbie leads the UK infrastructure planning and government affairs businesses at Pinsent Masons. He advises on UK infrastructure and economic development policies, programmes and projects from a planning, environmental and administrative law perspective. This includes advising on policy formulation, enabling legislation, consenting and delivery.  For infrastructure development and consenting Robbie focusses on Hybrid Bills, National Policy Statements and the Development Consent Order process, Development Corporations, Transport and Works Act Orders and Harbour Orders. He is currently leading a number of Pinsent Masons teams advising applicants, host local authorities and other interested parties on a wide range of highway, mass transit, water resources, port and airport developments.
