Jo is currently the Strategic Planning Manager for the Plymouth and South West Devon Joint Local Plan Team.  Jo is passionate about strategic planning and cross boundary solutions and this is embodied by her leadership of the joint team working across three councils of Plymouth, South Hams and West Devon.

Jo is responsible for the preparation, delivery, monitoring and review of the Joint Local Plan and all strategic policy issues across the plan area. She is overseeing all the PropTech work on digital engagement and the effective use of data to develop a sustainability mapping tool.

Jo has considerable experience of strategic planning and the development process both in the public and private sector and over the last 25 years has worked on a huge variety of projects with a wide range of developers, communities, elected officials and other stakeholders.
