Tony is the Head of Downing Renewable Developments and has overseen the launch and growth of the business since 2021. Tony has over 20 years of renewable energy experience including holding senior management roles within ScottishPower, where he led the development of their New Technology pipeline and also led the delivery of their onshore construction portfolio. Tony is a Chartered Engineer and has a MSc in Structural Engineering & Mechanics
