Josh joined Downing in 2024 and is responsible for originating and negotiating offtake arrangements for the company’s operational assets and development pipeline across the UK and Nordics. Prior to joining Downing, Josh gained commercial and business‑development experience across the renewables, oil and gas, and construction sectors. He holds a degree in International Business from the University of Dundee.
