Tamsyn is a senior energy analyst at Regen with a strong interest in decarbonisation of large disruptive demand. Data centre growth in the UK is a key area of interest (she led NGED’s Data Centre Impact Study), as is industrial decarbonisation and the best use cases for high value energy solutions such as biomethane (see Making the Most of Biomethane), long duration energy storage and green hydrogen. Tamsyn also works in Regen’s open data space and is hard at work bringing energy data to the public through her contributions to Regen’s Open Data Portal.
