Chris is a Partner at Northtree Investment Management, a UK-focused commercial real estate investment manager with expertise spanning investment, asset management, and large-scale development. He has extensive experience leading complex development and planning processes, including the delivery of powered sites for hyperscale and colocation data centres.

Northtree is currently working in partnership with Orron Energy to bring forward data centre sites across the UK, with a strategy centred on combining renewable and alternative energy generation to deliver the resilient, high-capacity power demands — particularly during the current period of National Grid reform and connection constraints.
